SUMMARY:Annual Banquet
DESCRIPTION:This year\, the Launderers’ Annual Banquet will be held at Tallow Chandlers’ Hall on Friday\, 31st May 2024. Tallow Chandlers’ Hall\, 4 Dowgate Hill\, LONDON EC4R 2SH\, is where the Company was constituted in 1960. \nThe Drinks Reception will be held in the Parlour from 6.45pm\, with dinner in The Hall from 7.30pm until 10.30pm including a guest speaker and musical entertainment. \nThe guest speaker for the evening will be Dr Mark Oakley\, the new Dean of Southwark\, and we are delighted to have two artists from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama to entertain us with light classical music. \nThe dress code for the Banquet is black tie badges and decorations or the equivalent Highland\, military or national dress may be worn.
