Master of the Worshipful Company of Launderers  was sentenced at the Old Bailey in London on the 6th of September and jailed in the Tower of London until he could raise £1,000 for the British Red Cross Charity.

Many members of the Worshipful Company donated funds (£1,130) in order for Master to be released from the Tower of London and, together with others from twenty-nine London Livery Companies, a massive £45,810 was raised for the Red Cross.

Many thanks and congratulations to all who supported this worthy cause !
