On Friday, 19th September Sue and I made our way from Cornwall to Butchers’ Hall for the Glaziers’ Company Annual Banquet shared with the Oxford University London Society. Sue and I arrived as guests to be greeted by our gracious hosts.
After the Reception, we had an enjoyable Dinner with music from the Master’s son and speeches from the Lord Mayor Locum Tenens, an former Master from my first time around, Vincent Keavney, and Master Glazier. We exited to find our carriage in the form of an Uber – how things have changed. Saturday morning and train back to Cornwall.
